Foshan Tianan Plastic Company Limited is a modern joint-venture Enterprise, specializing in manufacturing PVC film, PVC decoration sheet and PVC leather. It was founded in 2000. Tianan′s headquarters is in Nanzhuang Town and it has another plant at Chancheng Qu, both of them are in Foshan, Guangdong Province, PRC. It covers an area of 60, 000 square meters and there are about 1000 employees at present. Both the techniques in production and the manufacturing facilities in Tianan are very advanced. There are totally four PVC calender production lines in Tianan, there are two lines imported from German and Taiwan for manufacturing PVC film, fully automatic, ¢ 26"× 90", reverse "L" with four rollers; Two lines for manufacturing PVC decoration sheet, ¢ 26"× 72", reverse "L" with five rollers; And two sets of 80" PVC calender leather production line. Moreover, we are still increasing some decoration products post-processing production lines in order to expand the abilities of manufacturing. More than 45, 000MT PVC products are manufactured by Tianan annually and all are in conformity with ROHS STANDARD, EN-71 STANDARD, AMERICAN ASTM STANDARD, UL STANDARD, FDA STANDARD or JAPANESE JIS STANDARD.

Manpower is the key factor in a company. Besides some Chinese technical engineers, some technical talents have been invited or employed from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Overseas to exploit new products and control quality for Tianan. A perfect QC system and a centre for exploiting and testing PVC new products are operating in Tianan.
